Looking to get a jump start on your New Year’s Resolution? Start it right with a healthy hair and gut chia pudding that still tastes like a cheat day!

 Choco-Coco Chia Pudding

Ingredients: 

Half Cup plus one tablespoon of Almond or Coconut Milk 

Half a Cup Greek Yogurt, 4% fat, divided 

1 Scoop LOCKrx DEFENSE Chocolate Mint 

 2 tablespoons of Chia Seed 

 Dark Chocolate Chips for topping 

 Dried Coconut Flakes for topping 

 ¼ - ½ Stevia Liquid to taste 

 Direction:  

Mix chia seeds, milk of choice,  ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, and Chocolate Mint DEFENSE. Add mixture to a glass jar. In a separate small bowl, combine remaining ¼ cup Greek yogurt and stevia liquid (to desired sweetness) and add mixture to the top of the serving jar. Garnish pudding with dried coconut and dark chocolate chips.  Pudding may be enjoyed immediately, or refrigerate overnight. If refrigerating overnight, add garnish in the morning.
